Gul Bodyboards

Gul Bodyboards come from one of the most established UK performance clothing companies.

Gul specialises in surf apparel and equipment. The founder Dennis Cross had had enough of freezing in the cold Atlantic waters while surfing.

Dennis set out to produce the first purpose-made wet suit for surfers way back in 1967.

Have you heard of the ‘steamer’ wetsuit? The ‘steamer’ name is used synonymously with one-piece wetsuits across many brands.

Dennis was the man who bought the ‘steamer’ to market. As a result, today, many one-piece wetsuits bear the name.

Gul Response Bodyboards

Gul offers high-quality ‘Response’ Bodyboards alongside their wetsuits and surfing apparel.

The response Bodyboard is a classic shape with a crescent tail, EPS core, cross-link deck construction, and stiff 60/40 rails.

The board is finished with an HDPE bottom skin with a mesh and features channels for improved grip.

Gul Response Bodyboards are provided with a leash.

The Gul Bodyboard Bag accommodates two Gul Bodyboards up to 46″, and a front pocket is included for your wet suit and fins.

The bag has drying holes to allow water to exit and includes an adjustable shoulder strap and carry handle.
